C2 Competition Converters Inc. was started in early 2000 by Jay Heckman and Bob Maze. Bob the inventor of the spragless converter, and an engineer of fluid technology and a cad/cam and cnc specialist with  many years in the converter industry.

Lee Ream took over operations as of January 2015 and is an accomplished engine builder/machinist and super comp/bracket racer. He has also worked with some of the top sportsman racers in the country. With the understanding of engines and chassis, being able to work with some of the top engine and chassis builders we are able to bridge the gap, and what is the gap? Torque converters!
